New Monthly Bills –
For those on autopay, the new amounts will be implemented with the new year.
Those using coupons will receive new coupons with the adjusted monthly amount reflected.
Those manually paying need to adjust the amount to avoid past due amounts and late fees. See the newsletter for all the details but the bottom line is the new amount is $692.00.
Concrete Restoration –
Thankfully, we’re pretty much full steam ahead. My best guess is 95% of the concrete work on the inner perimeter is complete. However, that means nearly all the outer perimeter remains, and that’s the toughest part. It does seem it has all been properly planned out, so hopefully the balance of work won’t drag on.
Utility Doors –
Various utility door work is complete. All doors are hurricane and impact proof. There are roll up doors on the garbage rooms that will eventually be down most of the time. It’s just something new to get used to.
Roof Access Requirements –
Please contact Darren Impemba to schedule access to reserve the roof door key, 754-224-7930.
“Protective Shoe Covers” must be worn prior to entering the roof area and “Caution Taken” as the silicone coating is slippery.
A $20 cash or your current driver license is required as a deposit for the roof keys. Do not contact a board member after 3:00pm for access the next morning and do not go knocking on a board member’s door.
Anyone who accesses the roof must follow these requirements or you “Can and Will be held Liable” for any dam- age caused to new silicone protection. Please return the Roof Key within 24 Hours
More News –
The Center Island poles and lights have been installed. The landscaping is complete and we’re just waiting for cameras at this point. Bumpers have been installed at the north and south bends, now we just need everyone driving safely and slowly in one direction.
How many plug-in electric cars do we have in Phase One? Would EV chargers be worthwhile?
