Realtors representing clients in Island Club Phase One can access the association application, key documents, and estoppel information below. The application fee for purchases and rentals is $150 per unmarried adult age 18 or older.
Married applicants should check the “Married” box on the application, include their spouse as a co-applicant, to pay one application fee and provide a copy of their marriage certificate with the supplemental application documents.
