Common amenities include swimming pools, fitness center, clubhouse,  grilling areas, shuffleboard, playgrounds, billiards. Additionally, Island Club provides landscaping, security services and upkeep for common areas, ensuring a well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing environment for all residents.

Additionally, Phase One provides areas to relax in the breezeways of Buildings E, F and G. Phase One also has a dock at the breezeway of Building G, where visitors can tie up temporarily. Overnight docking is not permitted.
