Join the COA board, attend community meetings, or participate in social events and committees. Volunteering is a great way to meet neighbors and contribute to the community.
Any exterior modifications or significant interior changes may require COA approval. Submit a request with details and wait for approval before beginning any work.
Regular updates are provided via email newsletters, the resident portal, community bulletin boards, and at COA meetings.
